I always use 1-800-333-DISH and menu through to technical support (4). Never had any issues. I just tell them I would like to change my HD locals to my current location, but keep billing address the same. Make sure you tell them to automatically update the DVR when they send the change signal to the unit. I use a VIP722 dual input unit with a 3 LNB portable dish for full HD coverage where ever we go. I have changed locations this way as many as three times in a single week and never had issues.
