Do Not Disturb While Driving mobile feature coming

This is brilliant! It is coming for iPhone but should be a mandatory feature available for all mobile phones! Notice I don't have the opinion of having it forced "on" as you could also be a passe...

I don't get that. The reason people are driving under 15mph is because they are in areas that are congested with pedestrians - parking lots, school zones, neighborhoods, etc. Seems to me that's the time you DO NOT want drivers on the phone.

Get in the car, turn off the phone. Get out of the car, turn on the phone. Not that difficult and a lot safer.
