Do you use an outside TV?

So in our quest to find a motorhome we've been seeing lots of the newer ones that have TVs on the outside. On one hand, I kind of like the idea, but on the other I feel like it might be a pain.. like, you could only really watch it when it's dark out, since even with an awning wouldn't it be tough to see on a sunny day? And then, if you're in a campground, wouldn't it disturb your neighbors? or is it more like a novelty item geared toward tailgater types?

So I was just wondering if you have one, do you use it a lot?
