That is what I have been doing. I also have a mini at home. If I am correct I can replace one of the DVR's with the mini without using any of my 8 available, allowing one available to my neighbor. Otherwise I can set up both of the dvr's to single line.
My neighbor is in a tailgating campground and uses his Kingdome for sd. I told him I would tie into my splitter and loan him one of my channels, so he can get HD in his outdoor receiver. We all sit outside and watch his tv quite often. He has a 55", or so, and it is difficult for me to watch SD on that big screen.
