They're generally clueless about RVs.
For a variety of reasons it's unknown how much longer DTV will transmit SD programming so be aware as it seems to change.
For 6 years we've had a single DTV receiver at home that we move to the RV when we travel. All of our recorded shows remain as well and include the ability to skip commercials.
$1800 for a roof mounted automatic dish doesn't surprise me.
