Download speed slow on one laptop

You either have a virus, windows 10 is doing another unwanted download, or you have way too much stuff running in background.
One of the biggest complaints with 10 is its a hog.
If you dont know how to clean it up or stop automatic downloads, take it to someplace like best buy and have them fix it.
