Download speed slow on one laptop
I have three laptops. This newest HP, running Windows 10, is running download speeds from 3 to 5 Mb/s. The other two laptops run around 90Mb/s. This is the newest of the three and one of the old ones ...

If I connect the slow laptop to the router with an ethernet cable it still runs slow. If I connect it directly to the modem it runs 90 Mb/s.
