Download speed slow on one laptop
I have three laptops. This newest HP, running Windows 10, is running download speeds from 3 to 5 Mb/s. The other two laptops run around 90Mb/s. This is the newest of the three and one of the old ones ...

Then, the speed is close to 100 Mb/s when ethernet connected to the router. The other puzzling part is that I have tried a different router with the same modem with same results.
All my other devices (phones, other laptops) connect to the router with expected speeds.
Is your router new or have the latest firmware on it? There may be a bug that only affects whatever protocol Win10 is using.
