DTV - NFL Fans - Red Zone

This year when at a campground, with my Winegard Carryout and R-24 receiver connected, I cannot receive the NFL DTV Redzone channel (703).. I only receive the the games (705-718) in SD.. Is the RedZone only broadcast in HD and not SD? I am certain in the past I had it!
