The Winegard TR-6018 is a single LNB antenna with dual outputs. That allows you to point at only one satellite at a time. You could use this setup with a DirecTV DVR and watch and record 2 different channels simultaneously but you cannot receive any of the DirecTV High Def. programming.
You can also do this with a Dish DVR or Dual Tuner box but you will be limited to watching and/or recording only programming that is coming from the 1 (of 3) satellite you have selected.
As mentioned above, you can update to a DPP 1000.2 or 1000.4 antenna/LNB combo (either automatic roof mount or tripod based like your current setup) and use most any Dish DVR.
