Maybe that guy from that show "the profit" should visit Camping World and see how he can improve it??
I'm sure Marcus and his staff are very busy but if you put your email out there like that you gotta return them within reason.
I miss not having a CW near me, gonna stop by the one in Roanoke, Va. week after next on the way to my daughters college. There used to be a CW in Manassas, Va. which is near my house but the RV dealer that rented the space to them ran them out when their lease was up because they started selling RV's
I don't think I'd sweat it if they don't call or email you back, just keep that receipt and when you do go back ask for a manager and tell him he owes you store credit.
