Emergency alerts on Straight Talk phones
Just bought a burner phone from walmart. Straight Talk unlimited calls, text and data. As a backup phone for when on the road. First of I am really amazed that these low priced burner phones offere...

Generally they do not charge for emergency alerts.. Just so you know.
But then I'm on T-mobile
Unlimited _____ (you name it, not limited) though High Speed Data is limited. (6.5 Gig on my plan) I can still get lower speed data, and where I am now high speed data..... is not (low is best I can do).
Also music streams (pandora, Live-365, et-al) do not count against that 6.5 Gig with T-Mobile.. I like listening to pandora some times.
