One caveat with the MacBook Pro... the keyboards... space bar sticks, other keys stick and are impossible to either un-stick or work at all. My 2004 MB Pro had a perfect keyboard that still works to this day... my 2016 MB Pro just had the keyboard changed... for free, though they won't claim it as a recall... and they'll only replace the keyboard one time... fat chance of this one lasting as long as my old one which still works. I'd still use the old one but my bank and credit union and other businesses won't talk to it anymore, and it won't update to the new stuff...
