Finding the Missing Cursor

I checked my mouse properties and the feature IS enabled to push ctrl.
And it's working now. Don't know what the glitch was, but thanks for your reply.

If I lose my mouse cursor, I will usually give it a couple of spins up and to the left. That will put the cursor in the upper left corner of the monitor (or one of the monitors on Multiple screen setups). Upper left allows the arrow part of the cursor to be on the screen when in the corner. Any other corner will allow the arrow to be off the screen & invisible except for the point which you probably can't see.

Win 10 seems to have small "stops" between monitors at the top & bottom, so it'll get stuck in one of screen the corners. At least that way, I only have to look in 2 places on a 2 monitor system for the mouse. Usually I can see it zip up to a corner during the movement anyway, so then I know where it is.

Link doesn't work... but with my 3 screens at work, I sometimes lose track of where the pointer is. I'll have to find the link

If you can't find the mouse.. Check to see if the Cat is smiling.

I think you can enable ctrl-locate the mouse in 10 but not sure. I do not use 10 much any more.

Have you looked on the wall behind you to see if it's running across there?
