Free is free, no way around that. You can try to construe "please be courteous" with some form of obligation but it's simply not true. It's simply your values over riding reality (the thing the businesses want from you). It's marketing and it works.
The truth is that there is absolutely nothing wrong with doing what the OP is doing, but it might not be something you would do. The same thing could be said for skydiving. Just because you think someone is doing something stupid does not make it wrong.
I have said my last word here as I think many of us will simply have to agree to disagree.
However, what bothers me the most is that this should be a community forum with helpful and insightful exchanges of information. Instead the poster is being bullied for having asked a simple question and offered information that could be useful to others.
How about a bit of "Kumbaya" here and let's keep this forum civil, warm and helpful?
