I actually just had this happen to me too, though I didn't get so far as to complain via the customer support line. The fine print on the coupon says, clearly, that it is not good in stores. .. but also that the cupon must be presented at time of purchase. I spent plenty on a couple of orders & was disappointed that the 'incentive' was fake.
