As far as I know the only "certifying agency" is Jensen. Wouldn't be my go to brand. Our new rig came with three flat screens. Two Samsungs and one Insignia (Best Buys brand). In previous rig I used a Vizio and replaced it with a JVC when the remote control sensor failed. Don't know why the sensor failed but don't think it was because of RV use. Buy what will work for you at the best price you can find. Mounts are fairly standard.
