Does not have the same effect on switching power supplies
And since the supply is rated at 100v~250v
The voltage was only 4v lower than supply rating
Still I prefer to run my electronics from my inverters, and never have too worry about voltages low or high

Our power management system wouldn't permit us to connect to voltage that low. You were risking lots of other things in your RV by connecting to it.
