i think you are going to have to 'custom' fabricate your own mount, no springs, no large elbow hinge, perhaps a flat plate that bolts to the back and extends to the top of the display, where the hinge will be mounted
and use a TV or monitor of choice
you will need some kind of locking pins or bracket to hold it up, flat against the ceiling when traveling,
