I have seen a number of them here and there.
Check out Best Buy, they have them. Lots on Amazon too and other stores.
I really liked my old flip phones before I went to smartphones.- free_radicalExplorerIn Canada flip phones dont even exist,at least I havent seen any in stores.
I wouldnt mind having a FP for its simplicity ease of use with one hand and durability when if acidently droped.
Was thinking about buying one of these flipers when visiting Japan but it wouldnt work on our network here

- wildtoadExplorer IIHah... Not a phone issue but ... about 15 years ago, my then FIL (in his mid 80’s) had three cars - A mid 60’s Ford Country Squire station wagon, a mid 70’s Jeep 4 door something, and a mid 80’s Chrysler New Yorker. One day he arrives at my house in a recent model Buick Custom, not a very high tech vehicle but more so than anything else he had, and he had kept the other three. A few weeks later he comes back to my house driving the Jeep. I had to ask - “Jimmy why did you not drive the Buick?” To which he responded “I can’t figure out all the buttons and knobs”. Now that I’m in my mid 60’s, I’m starting to both understand and empathize with his plight.
- B_O__PlentyExplorer IIWe're in our mid 70s. Have a flip phone provided by one of our kids as part of their plan, also have a smart phone provided by the other kid as part of their pln. 99% of the time we use the flip phone. Easy to figure out and remember. Ours is with AT%T. We also still use a landline. Not interetsed in learning how to use anything more complicated.

- wildtoadExplorer IICheck out Consumer Cellular. I know they have a new flip phone for about $25 bucks and some very cheap plans depending on your needs. You don’t have to have a data plan. I just switched my 93 yo MIL to CC from Verizon. Unfortunately for you they use the AT&T network. But if the move is to save some money, and get a new phone, check it out.
DW and I are moving to Spectrum Mobile that uses the Verizon network, and we expect to save a bunch. My phone is already switched, and so far all is good. - BarneySExplorer IIIMy wife uses her old Verizon capable Jitterbug flip phone on Tracfone. The phone is very easy to use with large buttons and a good loud speaker. It uses Verizon towers and there is no contract. We just purchased the sim card from Walmart and a three month minute card. The cost comes out to around $6 per month and the minutes not used roll over with no limit on how many can accumulate. She now has around 2400 minutes so she can talk all she wants! :E

Visable wouldn't connect my Kyocera 4610 flip phone.
I'm still in the fixit business and my flip phone fits in my pocket and it's loud enough for my failing 76 year old ears to hear.
