1: Simply plug it in and upload prior to Saving the track. It will likely be named something like Active Track 001. Ideally you don't want to Save the file in the GPS before uploading to the PC. Reason is the GPS will compress the file and eliminate some of the tracking points. Thus the track will have fewer points, making the track less accurate.
2: Open MapSource, Click on File > Open, then scroll to the track you want. It will add itself to MapSource. Then click on the Send To Device button located next to the circled button from the image above. Click "OK" as needed.
