Garmin RV 760LMT arrival time to destination way off

We just got our RV 760 Tuesday and used it yesterday for a 102 mile trip and the arrival time was off by over a half hour. I downloaded the latest firmware this evening but it made no difference. I'm ...

I've never entered any driving speeds anywhere and our Nuvi 465T is usually within a minute or two of correct arrival time. But that arrival time is taken just before we get to our destination. The time constantly changes as travel speeds and times change.
