Garmin RV 760LMT arrival time to destination way off

We just got our RV 760 Tuesday and used it yesterday for a 102 mile trip and the arrival time was off by over a half hour. I downloaded the latest firmware this evening but it made no difference. I'm ...

My Garmin is pretty accurate and recalculates the arrival time throughout the trip. It's usually withing a few minutes. Stop for a half hour and it adds it on to the time. I don't use the RV model, just a 1450, but with low clearances added it does everything I need it to do.
