Good Sam Acquires "RV.COM" - Launches in August 2013?

RV.NET was part of the Affinity Group, which became Good Sam Enterprises in May 2011.

Did Good Sam purchase rv.net?

Why all the negativism, it might be a good site, if not don't list it in your favorites.

RV.com is a separate and distinct domain that will no doubt be used by Good Sam Enterprises to centralize some of their other diverse domains under a central theme. As our esteemed moderator posted, the new domain acquisition will apparently have no direct impact on the RV.net domain, although I'd expect some portal linkage may be included on the new site.

Some initial info is that the new RV.COM address will not affect the forums. So will remain at RV.NET, and most likely through other existing portals.
