Good Sam Trip Planner Problem

Question

I just tried to log onto the Good Sam Trip Planner to update one of my trips.  I got an error message that said I should log out of Good Sam, and then log back in.  I did that, and now all my current trips are gone.  What is even stranger is that there are trips there from 2015 that I had deleted a long time ago.  Is there any way to recover my current trip itineraries?

I have had the same issues. Just keep logging in and out. Sometimes they show up and sometimes they don't. I called GS and all they say is they are aware of issues.

I wound up just recreating my trips.  It took a while since I had about 20 stops on each one.
