Google Chrome probs?

I also use only Chrome, I had Firefox before but ever time they updated for bugs they created more issue on my machine, so I won't go back.

Chrome is pretty much all I use. I'm on a Mac and Chrome works great. I would uninstall and the reinstall.

What OS are you running?

Don't suppose you're using Windows XP too? On my old desktop I started to have problems with Google Chrome and it was a conflict between XP and Google.

I would uninstall Chrome and re-install it.

Just note that Opera uses advanced TLS security authentication that can cause login issues with some of the forum portals such as with RV.NET. The issue has been brought up by some of our European based members. As such, I wouldn't consider Opera to be fully compatible with the forums, though the fix appears to be on the Open Roads Forum server end.

Both Firefox and Chrome have a privacy mode which deletes cache/cookies/history from the local computer upon closing the browser window.

The different browsers have their own strengths and weaknesses.

I use Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Opera on my Mac. Each is configured with different cookie, history and other privacy preferences.

A good idea to configure one browser for limited use with minimal extensions and max privacy for sensitive things like financial transactions.

Another browser kills its history and cookies upon closing.

My browsers get updates as available and there are lots of leapfrogging in features so I am willing to switch back and forth if some site works better elsewhere.

Firefox is my preferred browser. At the beginning, I was a big fan of Chrome, but had to ditch it due to severe instability issues, crashes, etc. No such problems with Firefox. We also keep IE as a backup but rarely if ever do we need to use it.

I would highly recommend Firefox. Though I've found Chrome to be the fastest, it required custom configurations on my part to do what I needed. Such as forcing Flash player versions other than what Chrome wants to use. So can be buggy at times.

Firefox works best for me. Try Chrome and IE periodically but I just don't care for layout and options. DW like IE. We have all 3 installed and updated in case one or the other crashes. Has come in handy occasionally. Personal taste.
