Google maps will not display on my Dell laptop computer (Windows 7) if I use maps.google.com. It will only display if I go to Google and type "Google maps Los Angeles".. like that. Then I'm present...

2oldman, it looks like your bookmark is set to a specific long/lat. Perhaps Google has changed the way they handle these searches. Try this link.
Also, some Google sites seem to be having issues today. I've heard of other people having problems with maps and the Play store is all hosed up. It's possible it's on Google's end.
