We had problems a couple of years back where we had to get away from Internet Explorer becuse it was too heavy of data usage and locked up alot... GOOGLE CHROME was great for awhile and I got a some lock ups as well using it. Then I went for FIREFOX and it has great fro me every since.
I do run into some of their UPDATES giving me fits. Right now the want you to use YAHOO SEARCH and every effort I do to change that back to GOOGLE SEARCH it finds a way to change it back haha...
Hopefully when the next cycle of FIREFOX comes out that will get fixed...
Think I am using FIREFOX Version 37.0.2 now. Since i clicked on it to rear the version I see a new version just loaded so it will show a new number when I start it up again I reckon.

Turn off automatic updates and do your updating manual ever month or so. Gives time for Mozzilla to work out the bugs
