Had Win 8, Ugraded to 10 hate both, Want to install Win 7

That first part is not true at all.

Neither is the second part; it is not "loading Win 10" but just a tiny reminder app.....that is easily disabled and removed if you desire. A fairly quick search should get you the information you need to do that.
