Had Win 8, Ugraded to 10 hate both, Want to install Win 7

I bought a laptop during the Win 8 to Win 8.1 era and then Upgraded to Win10. I would like to Uninstall both 8, 8.1 and 10 and do a fresh install of Win7. I understand that some HP computers will no...

As mentioned, as long as hardware drivers exist for your laptop, then you can install WIN 7. A clean WIN 7 install will do a full format (surface scan) of the drive. However, I would first remove all existing partitions on the HD, and follow with a quick format which should not take long.
