Is there a speaker icon with an "X" through the lower right corner, a speaker icon, or a speaker icon with a circle that has a slash through it?
- A speaker icon is normal.
- A speaker icon with the "X" means that the audio service is turned off or disabled.
- A speaker icon with the circle and slash through it means that it is muted.
