That's easy. When you ping someone, take the volume of traffic and any attempt whether they are malicious or legitimate. The ratio is what you will get. Older versions of Windows
like Windows NT which were the flagship of US military at the time when Win NT was the best in the business. It was difficult to hack probably because hacking wasn't the fad at the time. This feature was eventually eliminated in succeeding versions because consumer find no use for it in dealing with every day chore.
If you have machine that can do this, most of your dilemma can be put to rest. . .thus you can get a good night's sleep.
