Has anyony upgraded to Android 13 on cell phone?

Folks, My phone forced me to upgrade to android 13 about three weeks ago. I get an annoying message appearing when I close apps down telling me how many closed and how much memory has been freed ...

So you think it is a phone hardware issue?
It was not happening before the Android 13 update a few weeks ago. I noticed this only after that upgrade.

I got the phone at no cost to me by switching to T-mobile.
I like the phone, it does everything I need...
...and this "notification" thingy does not inhibit anything, it's just annoying.
