Another option is one of those FM radio transmitter gizmos that you plug into the earphone jack on your iPod and it sends the tunes through your radio. Those things are actually pretty cheap, maybe $20 or so, and save for the hassle of having to change frequency from time to time as you drive around the country to keep from getting interference from local stations, they seem to work well as long as the iPod is within 10 feet or so of your radio antenna.
