Yes, its in the wrong forum. But a warning about HitmanPro. DO NOT use this app unless you know what you are doing. Best to only do so with the assistance of a techie helping you with your particular issue - such as BleepingComputers.com. The reason being that it is an auto process, and can make permanent changes without your intervention, that can cause your system not to function.
I know first hand as I used HitmanPro to remove difficult malware from a system, which would no longer boot after the process. Had to manually restore just the files causing the boot issue, without restoring the malware.
If you are going to use the app, make a system restore point yourself at minimum. Don't rely on an app to do so for you. I would also make a system backup as a precaution.
