Update - 23 minutes on hold and I finally got a live person.
I asked the person to cancel my order. She placed me on hold for approximately two minutes returned to the line and said she cancelled my order and it would take 7 to 10 business days to receive my refund.
She asked why I wanted to cancel the order and I replied that I placed the order 9 days ago and it was still in the "processing" stage and no one from CW would reply to my email inquiries regarding the order, nor could I seem to get a customer service rep. on the phone until now.
Once refund is received I will update.
