Just received a call from Mark at CW. He has assured me that CW is okay, but they have a back log of approx. 7,000 emails. He basically said that they have a computer program conversion that did not go smoothly and they are encountering difficulties.
I checked my online banking account and CW does not actually owe me a refund due to the order not processing through.
Mark was very pleasant and did not ask me to reconsider my order or anything of that nature. He basically apologized for the inconvenience and the lack of communication.
I appreciated his call but there's numerous vendors and I'm moving forward with another one that I've previously used until CW can eliminate their software issues.
