Horrible CW Customer Service

Beware- I placed an order at CW online 8 days ago and still have not received anything except "order processing" - I emailed CW last Friday and still have not received a reply. Today I tried calling the 800 number and could not get a live person.

This is really sad that you want to order products from them and can't do so or receive customer service. I've definitely learned my lesson and if I can get a live person I will cancel my order and try another vendor.

  • It makes me wonder if there is an actual computer problem or if CW is going defunct. Most companies that have computer or software issues have them resolved quickly. Something fishy is going on in my opinion. I will keep you posted in the event anyone from CW contacts me -
  • There have been a few threads lately about orders being stuck in order processing status. Eventually someone from CW/GS invites the complainer to take it off line so I have not seen a reason for the problem posted. When it happens to you please inform us if you get an info from them about what the problem is
