How cold is too cold for LCD/flat panel tv?
Temps going back down into the 20's tonight. At what point do I have to worry about the TV in the new to us TT getting damaged from the cold?

Do not worry about 20° for storage. Do not try to turn on an LCD when it is frozen. Warm up your RV to above freezing for at least an hour before turning the TV on.
