Good luck getting any two people at DirectTV to give you the same answer. We spent hours on the phone trying to understand how the billing and setup works and most of the time got different answer from different people. the last issue is when we were told our suspend account (for 6 months) for the rv (we are not full timers) was expiring and we had to activate it or pay for the RV account. we have directTV at home. after an hour and a half we were sent to the retention department, but did not get help. We asked for a supervisor and was immediately helped. They did not activating our suspended account till January, 2017. After all the hours and people we talked to setting this up, we were never told we could only suspend our RV account for 6 months at a time. I doubt Dish is any better. Good Luck
