I'm going on 4 years with my VuCube, which is an older version of the Tailgater. I have yet to have anyone touch it, or even knock it over. If I have line of sight to the satellites, it stays on the ladder mount of my coach. Here, in New England however, CG's tend to be heavily treed, so most often it's on the ground wherever I can get a signal.
