Update, I called Frontier tech support this morning because I could not get on the internet with any devise, all devices read 2 MBPS or less. After an hr of phone time troubleshooting the system, the tech said my modem was failing and they would send me a new one. They can see how many time the modem had to reboot over the last month. Unfortunately, I will be out of town for 2 weeks, so I won't know how good it works. The other thing he told me is that with DSL sometimes changing the channel will increase speed, they have 4 channels which I asked him to do until the new one arrives. Speed went up from 1.93 to 14.5 MBPS on IPhone. Laptop however is still half the speed of Iphone.
