As long as campgrounds are your connection, you will rarely be able to stream. I've been to campground or two where you paid for a internet connection via a private company and was able to stream video. But for the most part, most campground internet services are ok for checking email and some surfing, but not for streaming video or downloading large files.
So, we rely on our DVD collection and broadcast television which has very little of interest to us, and most of the time in late spring and summer, everything is a rerun anyway!!
