Roy, it is amazing where we get 4G data with the 4620LTE Jetpack, but ONLY 3G with our Verizon phone. In fact, we have one area near us where we get 4G data and NO phone service, LOL, explain that one.
Working in the oil patch in south Texas, we always had a problem with Verizon cell service covering all the areas we worked, but only had one location where we did not have data coverage. For some reason, they are building out data before they build or improve cell service. We always had Motosat as our backup, but we are not even activating it this year with the good 4G coverage we are now getting.
