It is a small bluetooth device that pairs to the hearing aids and connects to a device that sends audio directly to your hearing aids from your TV. Amazing the things I never heard before.
If your a Vet and use VA medical there free. If your a Costco member hearing aids are around 2500 dollars for a pair.
