goto my att
after the rigamarol start page
click the my att ICON, top left of screen
choose my wirelss
from the pop up menu choose, manage devices and features
scroll down to manage data, click see options
the
stream saver' slider button will now be visible, it will show 'green/ON'
click to turn off
now click the save button to the right
'save' does not work for me, i get an error msg "something wrong not working right now"
i tried CHAT, rep could not fix it, gave me tech number 800-381-0500
i have not called them YET
so no idea if it really can be fixed, or IF we one device users on discount plan are stuck
