I have the Mobley with the Connected Car plan and it is the only thing I have with AT&T. You guys scared me so I followed the directions to find my Stream Saver is ON. I did the dance with turning it OFF and doing SAVE only to get the "Something's Not working...." error.
Off to the Chat feature. The first time the tech was having problems getting it OFF so he transferred me to level 2 support. WHen he came on, I looked at the web page and it said it was OFF. Great Problem resolved. Somebody did something. End of Chat.
My session had timed out by then and when I logged in again, the display now said Stream Saver was ON again. Huh?? Back to Chat. This time I got a person who knew about the problem as she had fought it a few days ago. The web page is useless due to a "technical glitch". They can turn Stream Saver OFF on their end (which we can't) and it stays OFF. But the web page will show ON the next time you logon.
She claims it is OFF and will stay OFF despite what you see on the web page. The "Technical glitch" is supposed to be resolved in 2-3 days. I will be emailed when there is a solution. I didn't think to ask for an incident or trouble ticket number.
Bottom line call them and have them turn it off. Amanda K. is the lady who set me up. With any luck you will get her.
