Are you a destination CG or a just passing through type of place?
If destination then yes people will want cable/internet. Where I am in the winter the cable is provided to the pedestal I then have to call the cable company to order what I want. The cable company paid for the infrastructure IIRC to the pedestal. At certain spots designated for overnight the pedestal cable is on and the camper just gets basic service.
