No one will not stay at the park because it has cable. You will not find the reverse to be true. You may need to create your own private distribution network using a head end, combiner and amplifiers since most cable providers are moving to scrambled digital signals requiring set top boxes for each television. It will be a big cost, but not as big a cost as building a park that a significant percentage of travelers would find inadequate.
