Are all the pictures stored in the same file/folder? Are you saving the project to that same folder? When you see the blank squares, if you click on it does it ask you if you want the software to find the picture? I have found that putting all the pictures, music clips and the saved project in the same folder makes it a much easier to manage.JMO
